The premise of Britain's strategy is to address the evolving nature of security threats. Britain felt the need to change their way of thinking about security. But, also recognize that they need tools to implement a new strategy. The Armed Forces, police and intelligences agencies will be equipped for handling various security threats.
For Britain, cybercrime and hostile attacks on the UK is the nation's second security priority. Globaly, cyberwar is becoming a salient issue and more nation-states are implementing cybersecurity plans.
