Think Tank Reports

Description

This is a collection of think-tank reports devoted to researching cyber issues. A think-tank is an organization that conducts research to improve policy, the sciences, business and military decisions, etc.

The think-tank reports provided here focus on improving cyber security for the government, military and private sector. Since these think-tanks offer advice to the government for policy and law changes, it is important to read what kinds of issues they focus on and how they frame the threat of cyberwar/cyber attacks. Some reports take cyberwar very seriously and write that the United States needs to be better prepared. Others offer a more skeptical view of how damaging cyber attacks will be in the future.
